Amazing! That’s how you want to feel instead of stressed. Here Calculac Cal lists 3 Emotional Exercise techniques you can use BRUSHOBi Painting Card Game for to help you with stress relief. Some of these things I’ve done myself and enjoyed it using the BRUSHOBi Painting Card Game which you can learn more about here. I pray it’s the same for you, read below.

  1. Draw your emotions as monsters on each card. If you can’t verbalize your emotions draw them as visual monsters with text underneath or instead of drawing monsters you can write an extended description of your monster where the image is supposed to go. The extended descriptions can be poetry or prose and written where the images would have been on your BRUSHOBi card. Then you can add a Special Ability or Bailiff Ability underneath. This is all good for Emotional Exercise. There’s nothing wrong with drawing representations of how you feel in BRUSHOBi in fact I did this with a card I made called Warp Dog. Largely because dogs seem like happy creatures and I’m a happy guy too. In this way, Warp Dog represents my emotion of happiness for that time. A happy monster for Emotional Exercise stress relief. Look at Warp Dog here:

  1. Imagine yourself target painting (attacking) your opponents Pillar Hole (life sized card) to vent emotion every time you win the round against your opponent. In the BRUSHOBi comic found here, it explains how Calculac Cal imagines BRUSHOBi should be played. That includes monsters or players attacking or Target Painting inanimate objects that look like life sized cards called Pillar Holes. These Pillar Holes are visual representations of a players will to be broken by painting on it with action with every hit you are actually painting on the Pillar Holes not doing violence. Thus there is no violence only action. By imagining yourself Target Painting on the Pillar Holes you retrain your brain for peace yet stress relief. An action packed non violent Emotional Exercise.

  1. Every time you win the game count that as a mastery of your emotions an emotional win. If not count it as a sign to refocus and try again as many times as you feel up to it until you win the game or feel emotionally satisfied you tried your best within the rules of BRUSHOBi. This Emotional Exercise helps you retrain your attitude to not give up and try your best knowing how to take a loss in a positive way by knowing it’s not the end. Playing BRUSHOBi in this way helps you take a loss by helping you see it’s not the end, play BRUSHOBi again for Emotional Exercise and reducing stress.

Yes, if you’re under stress BRUSHOBi is for you. Use BRUSHOBi for Emotional Exercise as described above and Spiritual Exercise as described here. Own your own copy of BRUSHOBi by purchasing BRUSHOBi here.
